• If the website is down and you have not received your order, or have not been able to download your purchase, please email me at simplysandylee@gmail.com
• My copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.  The information and courses sold on this site were created by me for you.  You may not use it for sale or to give away.  Please honor the work of a woman-owned business and be honest and sacred in the manner you treat and attribute the information.
• Unbecoming behavior will not be supported and may cause a banning from this site.  That will include spamming, hate speech, and hostile or intimidating behaviors.  This is a site where all are welcome and safe. h Any unsafe behavior will cause your account with this website and author to be disabled. 
• Personal care items such as soaps cannot be returned for a refund.  Store credit will be given.
